Accessing Concert Genetics
How to Access The Concert Genetics Platform
The Concert Genetics platform can be accessed at the following web address: https://app.concertgenetics.com.
Registration
To register on the Concert Platform, click the 'Create Free Account' button. Once you have completed all required fields and confirmed you have read and accepted the User Agreement, the 'Complete Registration' button will appear. Please note all fields must be completed before the button will be operational. This includes ensuring your password meets minimum complexity requirements, which are required to ensure HIPAA compliance. Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain at least one number, letter and special character.
Upon registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Please note that you must activate your account before you will be able to log into the platform. If you don't receive an activation email within 24 hours, please contact your Administrator.
How to Login to Concert Genetics
To log into the Concert Genetics platform, from the main Login page, enter the email address and password you used to register and click 'Login.' If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' button, and you will be instructed to provide your registered email address, where a 'Password Reset' email will be sent.
Due to security requirements, if you make 6 unsuccessful attempts to login, the platform will lock your account. Please note, however, that once you successfully reset your password your account will automatically be unlocked. For any issues with login or registration, click on the 'Help' button in the upper right corner and email/chat with Concert's customer support team.
