Navigating Your Order Folders
Filters
Users can filter the order folders on four different data points: Status, Product Name, Patient Name and Laboratory. To utilize the last three, begin typing in the information in the respective field. If the data point is tied to an order in the folder being searched, the platform will auto-populate the match. Select the suggested filter query to initiate the filter process.

The Status filter will work on all folders except the ‘All’ folder, as the selections change based on which step of the workflow the order is in. This includes identifying the ‘Overdue’ orders, which can be found in the Submitted folder.

All
The ‘All’ folder includes every test order that has been completed in the Concert Platform, including both ordered and resulted tests. For users searching for the status of a specific test order, this is where you should perform your search, using the filters or search box in the header.

Information provided on the orders list includes:
- The status of the order
- Patient name and ordering provider
- Laboratory and product names
- Created, submitted and results due/resulted dates (result dates depend on status)
- Result classification
Tests are separated by order, so in situations where multiple tests are ordered, those tests will be grouped together.
Internal Review
The Internal Review folder will only be available for those institutions utilizing the approval process and includes all orders that have been submitted for review and not been approved. Users can filter by the Pending or Denied status. To access the desired order, click on the row.

Submitted
The Submitted folder includes all orders that have been approved from the internal review step or submitted directly from the ordering workflow. Users can filter by Sample Not Sent, Sample Sent or Results Overdue.

Resulted
The Resulted folder includes all orders that have at least one test that has had a result assigned to it, whether it be by a partner laboratory or through the Faxes folder. Users can filter by Needs Processing or Needs Classification.

Drafts
The Drafts folder includes all orders that have been saved and not completed. Users can click on the specific order to return to the last step of the order process that was completed. There is not status filtering available in this folder at this time.

Closed
The Closed folder includes all orders that have been canceled.
