The ‘All’ folder includes every test order that has been completed in the Concert Platform, including both ordered and resulted tests. For users searching for the status of a specific test order, this is where you should perform your search, using the filters or search box in the header.

Information provided on the orders list includes:

• The status of the order
• Patient name and ordering provider
• Laboratory and product names
• Created, submitted and results due/resulted dates (result dates depend on status)
• Result classification

Tests are separated by order, so in situations where multiple tests are ordered, those tests will be grouped together.
